Warranty Service

In export marketing, confusion surrounding warranty coverage often is a source of customer discontent. As part of our International Warranty Support Program, World Technology shall work with its Partners to design an international warranty support program. World Technology policy is to clarify the manufacturer's export warranty policy and explain to distributors, where applicable, a simple, concise method for presenting a claim. We look at every warranty claim as a positive chance to prove that we stand behind our products and services.

Forecasting and Inventory Management

World Technology employs a global inventory control system to monitor stock levels and help our Partners forecast and meet future requirements.
